Triggers Make No Sound

Hi everyone,

I just bought a Model Cycles. When I press any of the trigger pads, kick, snare, etc., nothing happens. No sound. I changed the fixed velocity to 127 and nothing. The weird thing is that if I try to load a bass drum, it will audition the first one or two samples, but not the other samples. I updated my firmware as well. I also reset the machine.

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please explain how the output of your MC is connected?
Is it connected to monitor speakers, an audio interface, etc.?

Were you using headphones?

I figured it out. The volume/distortion knob was turned all the way down for each trigger. Thanks!
