The most unfortunate part of not having a display is a lot of the Gemini’s new functionality can’t be added because the S6 has no way of controlling/adding a new feature. Only existing features can be changed behavior wise (polyphonic LFO2 and such)
Different people want different things, of course, but I really don’t want my S6 to get new features. It’s pretty featurful as is, and it’s design currently lends itself to those features. If it had more, it’d have to resort to more awkward shift combinations. Even if it had a screen, that would just translate to menu diving.
It does what it does and sounds great. I’m okay if that’s it.
