USB 2.0 with Overbridge

Hi there,

I am currently working on a “live performance” flightcase that needs to host an USB HUB (similar to Overhub) cause I need to connect my “performance setup” (with 3 Digis + an A4MK2) to my M1’s Overbridge.

I need to use “angled USB cables” (USB B -> USB A) cause I have no free space in the flightcase and needs to optimize the cables management.

I only found USB2.0 cables (or adapters) so I was wondering if there is any issue using these ? (both my HUB (Multi-TT one) and my MacBook are USB3.0)

Cheers!

I think the Digitakt is a USB 2.0 port anyway isn’t it? if so, then no, it doesn’t matter as it will operate like USB 2.0 anyway.

yeah, the specifications on the Digitakt page on Elektron.com say:

" * 1 × Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port"

Thanks! yes I knew it for the DT but I wasn’t sure it was the case for all of them and didn’t know if it was an issue or not.

yeah, all the same I believe
