USB driver issue after Windows 10 update

Hello,

After installing the latest Windows 10 updates (KB3140743 - 10586.122), my Analog 4 (1.22) USB driver is no longer recognized on my Dell XPS 13. Neither Overbridge nor C6 manager works anymore. I have a warning sign in device manager and a driver status of no compatible drivers for the device. I tried flipping the USB settings on the A4, but the issue remains. Curious if anybody else had this issue and were able to fix it?

It’s because windows automatically installs a generic driver. You have to uninstall the generic driver in device manager and imstall the correct one manually.

Thank you for the follow up; you are probably correct, but uninstalling/deleting driver didn’t work. I had to remove the MS updates and apply them again, that fixed the issue.

Thanks!
