Using CV clock

Hi there,

Last night I was trying to clock my eurorack from the CV outs of Analog Keys, using the Clock.

No matter what value I put in, I only get a pulse every 16 steps. Any insight to what I might do wrong?

Using Trig or LFO->Val works as expected, but it seems more effortless to get the Clock working.

The number under CLK on the correct main page should show the interval
1 being every Trig
2 every other etc
16 being once per page
.
what number have you there ? make sure length is long enough to gate/clock, set on setting page for clock

Sitting with my A4 and modular now. Working perfectly. In Global settings CV = Clock - Length = 32 - Polarity = V-Trig. On the CV track page CLK = 1.

What are you trying to clock?

Thanks a lot.

I totally overlooked that the number on the settings page (length of pulse) was different from the one on the main page (clock division). I was only changing length of pulse.

Cheers! (I’m glad we’re back online, so I can make music).

I’m clocking a trigger riot. Now it’s ticking as expected.

Not to necro, but

I can’t find said CLK setting. If I go from the main settings or through the Func-OSC1 function, there’s just LENGTH, which I imagine is the length of an individual trigger. How can I adjust the clock division?

EDIT: Oh god, I’m a dummy. The MAIN page referred to here does not mean the global settings page, but the MAIN page of the CV out – as in, just press CVA without func. thanks/sorry -split 12", leaving this as a monument to my short attention span
