seriously?!

They do an upgrade kit which could be a DIY option if you bought a non CV version?

EDIT sorry, you were talking about the NON CV not the CV version

Yeah, I mean there’s a seller on Reverb asking $1775 (shipped) for a midi version and I offered them $1525 (shipped) 2 days ago and they countered with an offer of $1725. They were very nice and explained that they paid $1800 for it…I totally get where they’re coming from.

Anyway I bought a new one from Noisebug this morning😎

That’s a real good deal these days

but they aren’t discontinued any time soon right?

I don’t think so…just seems like demand is higher these days and supply is lower.

They get restocked every once in a while at various retailers

I just sold my last hardware to go ITB but I LUV the Perfourmer…omg…so tempting.

Not at all. Vermona will continue to make them :content:

Strange technical issue.

I’ve thus far been sequencing the Perfourmer with the Torso T1, all good.

Today I plugged in the Keystep for a change.
When I was playing particular notes sustained, the waveform began to sound like the cut off was sporadically opening on the filter, so producing a jittery raspy sound. This was on all of the voices and all waveforms, most noticeable on sawtooth.

When I plugged in the T1 and had it produce sustained notes of a similar length, this wasn’t happening.

Could it be that the signal from the Keystep is somehow unstable and creating this random raspy filter sound?

I would try out another keyboard if I had one. Wondering if the Keystep velocity has anything to do with it.

Any pointers appreciated

It’s not aftertouch opening the filter is it?

Do you have the KS set to Play or Stop? Because on Play, the Arp will interfere.

Possibly, I’ll have a check again today.

It was set to stop.

Perfourmer have velocity amp enveloppe and aftertouch filter enveloppe (parameter 3 & 4). Try to uncheck theses feature and see if the behavior persist.

Thank you for the nudges in the right direction.

These are really difficult to get hold of. Anyone know of anywhere with stock in the UK?

I saw elevator sounds had one for £1350 yesterday, but its gone now. CV version is available but an extra £150 is a bit much for something I won’t use.

Thomann UK, says in stock in a week… worth checking but sure there’s no import duty from Thomann UK

Cheers!

These just came back in at Thomann… have put an order in.

There’s still some left if anyone else is looking.
