The external in of rytm is hard pan to L/R, is syntakt handle it same way?
There isn’t any option to control anything after choosing mono, is this mono same to octa A+B audio signal?
I think so (Dual Mono mode).
In Stereo mode, inputs are hard panned.
Digitone and Digitakt have independent settings for each mono input, and a stereo mode.

in octa if you use a+b, the l/r will mix to mono and process by octa sound track, but st just have to destination of external signal flow: to master out or analog bus, master out is stereo, that would be you choose mono mode, audio from l/r mixed to mono then to stereo again, what is the meaning of doing this?
I don’t see what you mean. The problem with ST Dual Mono is that you can’t set levels / pan / fx send individually. You have to set relative levels on external gear.
