Its from season 1 of true detective, definitely worth watching if you like gritty crime thrillers.

After my first live PA gig in 2009 a friend told me I should sing less. It was good advice because I sang more and got much better.

My guitar teacher ones said:

Focus on the beginning and the end of a solo, that’s the only part people will remember…

I’ve come to use this in my work life as well, whether it’s with a new job or if it is with a new project. Get a strong start, coast in the middle and when the light at the end of the tunnel starts to appear, go out strong…
