Why are the Digitone's MIDI CC #s so different from the Digitakt?

The Digitakt sample tracks use fairly logical and standard CC#s, like 74 for Filter Cutoff, 75 for Filter Resonance, and so on. When I got my Digitone I naturally assumed they would follow a very similar layout, given how much overlap there is between the two. This would allow you to, for instance, control the filter cutoff of ALL 12 tracks at the exact same time using an external controller, which sounds sick af right?? But the Digitone CC#s don’t line up with the Digitakt very well for that, and don’t really make a lot of sense IMO. Just look at this comparison of the two:

Digitakt:

Filter Frequency 74
Resonance 75
Filter Type 76
Filter Env. Depth 77
Amp Attack Time 78
Amp Hold Time 79
Amp Decay Time 80

Digitone:

Filter Frequency 23
Resonance 24
Filter Type 74
Filter Env. Depth 25
Amp Attack Time 104
Amp Decay Time 105
Amp Sustain Level 106

Now some things, like the Filter ADSR, volume, pan, etc. are actually 1:1 on the two boxes, but that’s not nearly as useful as having the CC#s for the actual filter settings be the same. Can I get an amen?
