What about the word “bloke” - I wonder how many countries use that? It’s actually a pretty useful word.

Interesting story, only started using that term afterdoing a whole lotta manhole entries over the past year. Getting lowered into a shaft with a bunch of tree roots and various creepy crawlies gives off a real Stranger Things vibe.

As someone else said, Dead Horse is rhyming slang but I’ve only heard that from literal boomers now in their 70’s.

Never minded being called an Aussie, though it is funny when it is mispronounced (pronounce it like Ozzy).

I feel so informed now my brain is literally glowing with proper knowledge. So glad I was able to cast a pebble on the tracks and come back with a diamond or three! :smiley:
