As a passionate fan of Elektron as a company, I’m concerned about the future of the current range (hope to get a Digitakt and/or an A4mkII myself.)

With @Ess’ departure, does Elektron still have the knowledgable software talent in house not only to fix bugs in the current product range but also add features when appropriate? (It would be nice to have MIDI CC control and p-locking on the A4mkII, for example.)

Of course. Ess was an important figure in terms of concept, design and UI for some of the boxes but others were/are responsible for the implementation. Also, the company made the silver boxes, OT and Analogs without his input afaik. Anyway, let’s just wish him well for the future, etc :slight_smile:
