Ties DAW to DAWless? Improvise on boxes to make a set, tweak it in Ableton, send it back to the boxes with total recall, Digi style hardware controller for OB? Sounds fanciful now that i see it written down!
My guess it will be a Digirytm.
8 voices/tracks and instead of analog circuits you assign digital drum engines to every track + a sample layer. Maybe we get a row of 8 velocity sensitive pads.
