Digitone
I’ve been experimenting with creating droning guitar-ish tones on the DN, trying to replicate sustained feedback, picking harmonics and distortion characteristics in the algorithms. Two tracks are copied and panned, with changes to B ratios, envelopes and LFO offset for a “double-tracked” sorta thing. Didn’t try a bassline as I thought that would be better served by analog gear…
Please excuse the simple progression and placeholder beat, as this was a sound design exercise
3 patterns, 4 tracks, 1 take DN only.
Well done! Especially the middle section…
One of my last efforts with the two sisters before I added the new born ST to the party

Hi!
For this week’s hardware jams challenge, the idea was to jam over a short story and choose the guy the narrator should pick for help.
Very interesting!
So I paired the Model:Cycles and the Digitone to tell this story with words and knobs.
I hope you’ll like it!
DN only, (first dn only track!) Trying to go for something minimal and relaxed
Cheers!
getting happier with my transitions, still gotta get over the hump of getting bored with filling in the lil detail stuff my mind just wants to jam
Hey elektronauts, I made my first techno set/jam!
little jam with DT and DN, have fun!
made another tune today on the combo, enjoying my howdy doody beebop tunes that ive been making.
Here’s an album I wrote entirely with the Digitone. Enjoy!
Updated my Digitone album, it now includes Digitone sysex project files for your machines, it’s free! Enjoy.
the digitone has been helping me make the melodic type of stuff i never knew i wanted to do its pretty great. dt+dn combo
Lovely stuff. Were there a lot of live tweaks during record or did you mostly evolve things out with lfos/plocks?
I really dig simple stuff like this that can still tell a story.
A sketch I’m working on. Needs a bit of work, but I hope to turn it into a nice track eventually.
Edit: Digitone only.
