I kind of like the âproto-internetâ vibe. My old, curmudgeon idea of what a forum should look like, you punk kids donât know.
But yeah nowhere near as nice as Discourse.

I guess there will be new board guidelines too.
iâm guessing just formalize/refine the old rules. and the NSFW forums will be âopt inâ. I think itâll help the place really. give it a refresh now and then is a good thing. otherwise itâs going to become a forum full of old dudes and get stagnant.
also might gain more support from manufacturers. several had asked mike a million years ago to change the name. i think the forum should finally allow simple banner ads at the top to help pay for the costs of the forum so there doesnât have to be fund raisers and all that shit.
