“Can’t be resolved.”
Yep that makes sense to me. I wasn’t thinking about the possibility of just having NEI conditions on every track.
Cheers!

The following 7 extra midi CC# for full control from DAW, same for Model:Samples
And also:
LFO trigger mode in the lfo setup menu, the code is already there
LFO Reset via Midi CC works as a LFO trigger mode (Same as Analog Four for example)
I would say HLF behaves more like an envelope, but anyway, this is great!!! One and half cycle trigger modes are great for drums.
Quantized Retrig please.
It would be very helpful and much more performance friendly if M:C’s retrig would start synced to BPM. Often when you want to use retrig in a performance it can be hard to hit the pad at the exact beat and then it just sounds off. And if the sound has delay on then that is really off too. Seems that there’s a free spot for it in the Retrig menu
I would like:
-LFO locks so we can change the LFO destination and type per step (like machine locks)
-A way to load a new preset without changing the machine for the entire track. I guess if it automatically applied machine locks per step, this could work.
-Per track delay and reverb parameters. Rate of decay and reverb size per track would be great, but could interfere with CTRL ALL function
-Custom User Machines. Allow us to make our own machines via software.
-arps
-User Definable Chord Machine. Allow us to set the notes of each 4 voices.
There is always going to be more, but those would be pretty nice for me
I’m requesting more available to buy. Where are they at?
Custom machines is a great idea! Doubt it’ll happen. But great idea anyway
I could be wrong but I remember hearing that elektron boxes are software prototyped and then it has to be rebuilt into machine code to run on the dsp. I might have the finer details wrong but I think this is partly what makes elektron devices so great but also probably would make user machines out of reach, probably too much potential for bugs and too much knowledge needed to actually make a new machine type.
You’re spot on. Originals were created by Ess in Max, then coded in by someone else for the hardware version with additional smoothing etc. Ess said in his Twitch streams that there were a lot of things that were rough and ready on the prototypes, that they fixed in code. So, yeah, I can’t see it happening but maybe a limited selection of modules that could be used by users in software could be a cool idea.
That will never happen, I do not think they are going to release their code…
This is already possible go into the LFO menu, hold a trig, and adjust the parameters as usual.
good to know it’s on the wishlist, i couldn’t find a way around that.
Please elektron implement this since the Parameter CC already send out through manual knob movement! This would bring all the power of the sequencer to external devices!
Global Tempo (optional)
I really don’t get why this was omitted since it is a stand alone groove box.
This would be significantly more useful than knobs sending CC’s.
Per pattern tempo is far better imo. Want all your patterns to match up, change their individual tempos to suit. Or send them midi clock from a master unit
Of course both modes should be possible, not meant as a replacement. On the DN (maybe all other machines) both are possible.
Whole number ratios for Tone Color when holding FUNC .
Currently holding FUNC jumps to 3.6, 6.8 and 15 which is not useful or musical. The whole numbers sounds really good and keeps the correct pitch.
Maybe someone already asked for it? Pad mute mode? Always active, not via func
Faster blinker on PATTERN number buttons.
It helps to see the light in a split second. Thanks.
Backup projects via Transfer
I just found that projects are not backed up via Transfer
It’s really tedious to have to load each single project just to back it up and then you have to do a bunch of things in SysEx Librarian too
Different pages sizes. For example, 1st page has 10 notes, 2nd has 8.
