I checked and the rectangular holes line up for mounting:
The i/o cover would be removed. And this does not impede the ribbon cable’s position.

An OP-4 or otherwise revamped / next gen would certainly light the world up, methinks.
I would buy a next gen TE OP-1 hardware and synthesis coupled with OP-Z step sequencing wifi, midi, cv, yada yada.

Haha - I think a lot of people would, including me. the one thing I really miss from the OP-Z is the sequencer. Of course, this is all dependent on the price… That part has to make sense.

some guy on reddit found the registration
apparently its called the OB-4 and is… drum roll… a bluetooth speaker.
he said it could be more then that but that was the info required for the registration.

Yeah. Aren’t teasers a thing of the past? Too much info assaulting our senses every second to keep up with some 30 day teaser. Heck, a 30 hour teaser is beyond my attention span.

Well, if it is a Bluetooth speaker, that’s killed the hype for me. What a waste of a marketing budget. Maybe this is only one part of what they’re announcing but maybe not.

So true! Like, I a good tease is engaging and can be enjoyable. But just move into pre-order from the get go and build the hype from there.

My bad! Sorry to raise the topic:( Just a trend I noticed and am not a big fan of, that’s all.
Are any of the chips on there DSP chips? Like a sharkfin or whatever they are called. A speaker presumably wouldn’t need those.
Perhaps some kind of bluetooth add-on for OP-1 that gives it the video capabilities OP-Z has?
OB-4 = bluetooth? I’m just spitballin’, here
