Hi Rusty -

Totally fair pricing, well worth it for the sanity and organization I suspect OE will bring.

Couple o’ questions I couldn’t find on the FAQ:

Is the license transferrable should I decide to (gasp) sell my Octatrack?
Is OctaEdit’s data concentrated enough to move easily to another computer, and could it be moved from Mac via Wine to PC?

At the moment, no. In the future, more then likely yes.

The framework is not in place atm, but the intention is to support that facility.

Basically if you sell your Octatrack, then you can pass your OctaEdit licence across to the new owner.

Purchased and successfully installed on OSX following the instructions on the forum. So far I’ve successfully loaded a set I had backed up on my computer.
I haven’t had time to try anything out on the octatrack itself yet, but looking forward to testing it out over the next few days.
