When I first turned on my OT AE there were a bunch of preset patterns in there to play around with. I updated to 1.40 and now they are gone. Even when I load the “presets” project that was on the card. So confused.
Were you in demo mode?
I don’t think so. I just turned it on normally. After the 1.40 update, the pattens seem to be gone, yet the first pattern has the same samples loaded up to the tracks and 4 named parts all set up the way they were originally. The rest of the pattens are the same as pattern one.
EDIT: The special compact flash card that comes with it was installed when I booted normally the first time, so I couldn’t have been in DEMO mode.

RELOAD project brought everything back! Yay. Ignore me, carry on.

Yes i just checked my presets are still there after upgrading the firmware. Dont forget to copy the contents of the card to your computer!

Really love the look of the whole package! Looks better IRL than I expected, the paint finish is really nice, not a finger print magnet which I was a bit worried about, red buttons are
