Well, if they had to see if M:S was a commercial success before developing more boxes in that format, i dont think it would be time to develope a new Model:? in that time. The M:S isnt that old.
But if they have developed it in parallell it is possible this new thing will be in that format.
Hoping for a mixer/effects/sequencer box myself. It would bring everything together. But i dont think that is very likely, as that is what they are trying to do with overbridge.
