it’s a fine filly but I also like square cars from the 80’s and library books so ymmv when it comes to appreciating it’s looks.

I like old school tech design. Microcosm and Super 6 desktop as well as the grey Analog MK II models are shining examples of that for me. I just never really saw the old Elektrons on that same level.

Hard agree.
Have to admit I own both the Super 6 desktop and Microcosm for their looks as much as their creative potential.
If it looks like it belongs on an old dusty VHS stolen from a government research facility. I want it.
