For all the MPC users out there, I just got Flavor Pro for 49.99 and almost pulled the trigger on the new FM plugin for $29.99.
It also appears the other plugin collections are on sale ($99 for the whole keys package instead of $199).

I did not see a discount until I went to check out.

Yeah I totally agree with this.

I bought the Arturia FX3 bundle which I very much wanted and am already finding very useful.

I bought the Soundtoys on a bit of a whim and I’m not totally onboard that I’m going to use it all that much.

Yes.

Not usually, but sometimes, maybe.

Question.

What if we gotta have ‘em all and collect them like Pokimon?

For me the rack in Soundtoys makes it one of my used fx, once Artura has a rack for all of their individual FX (FX Laboratory!) it will be more useful to me than adding lots of individual FX and having to save them as a rack if I like the combination.

My main issue is that it’s not a general purpose solution.

They only have one very specialised compressor, one reverb, no chorus or flanger.

A given chain is probably going to need more than just their plugins.

Damn. I just grabbed some.

The chip speech really excited me. I can run it through little alter nor and really make some cool vocals.

Maybe get some Kraftwerk type speech.

Edit. !GottDamm!! Chipcrusher is amazing. It emulates different types of speakers, and I think it sounds great. I’m really excited for the SNES and Genesis synths.

I pulled the trigger on V Collection 9 at $199 and I don’t know why but when logging to PayPal it made the charge in euros. As I can only pay in dollars with my credit card, when Paypal change currency internally I ended up paying only $167 for the V Collection.

I’m pointing it out so if any has the chance to change the currency before do it. I don’t know why it happened to me but I’m glad it did.

Strange. EUR to USD is 1.03 right now; not sure why the conversion would be such a discount.

I don’t know either, I just paid what they asked for hahaha

Would it be minus vat?

That makes sense.

I checked the receipt and Arturia charged me 155,15 euros without taxes, and they didn’t charge me taxes (I think because I’m not in Europe) so I ended up paying that amount in dolars, which in Paypal exchange rates gives a total of 167.88 USD.

There’s an additional 50% off coupon in the view downloads -> offers section of your account ‘MPC50’ - knocks that Fabric Collection and the Keys Collection down to 49.50 each, Flavor Pro to 24.50, but I’ve spent enough already this week!!

EDIT: This only works at the https://www.airmusictech.com/black-friday store, and will take 50% off almost everything in your basket.

EDIT 2: coupon has been pulled by air/akai, so this one’s a dead deal now unfortunately :frowning:

We all know about Echoboy, but I would suggest trying out the Little Plate reverb, Crystalizer, Little Alterboy on vocals. Little Plate is a monstrously good reverb.

I still use decapitator as well even though there are new alternatives that are arguably better. Its just a very fast plugin to dial in and it is incredible at making things louder while actually lowering the peaks. Try it on a drum break for example.

For me that code is only good for Hype. I guess the offers are personalized to a degree

If you put the coupon in at the checkout popup, then go back to browse the store without purchasing, are all the prices shown further reduced to show the extra 50% off?
