The approach to making music or what type of music might also change and that probaply changes what type of gear on might want to get.
I think I still have a list on my pinboard from the time I planned going hardware again, years ago. If I remember correctly, I bought nothing from that list.
Thomann had the Analog Drive for 89€ for a short time (what a deal), I didn’t click buy, because I thought I wouldn’t need one as I didn’t use distortion at that time. Guess what? Didn’t take long before I started to play more with saturation and distortion^^
Btw, Just realized except for the Octatrack, I own nothing on my list, but I’d still use my Rytm, my Analog Keys, my other synths and my fx along side that gear in the list. It’s not meant as replacement for my current gear.

That’s a bit more than I’d even think to need, however-
OB-6 module
Minilogue XD module
OT MK2 -own
Machinedrum UW
Minikaoss pad 2 -own
? Some other sweet multi-fx unit or Syntakt
Make Noise O-Coast - be the 2nd time owning it.
And I don’t really need all that, though I’ll end with a 4 track cassette recorder.
I adore your 3 favorite artists picks. I think all three are in my top 10. I saw Sigur Ros live once during the “( )” tour I was very close to the front of the stage. Jonsi was visibly crying for the entire first song, overcome with emotion from the sheer beauty of it. We all were. It was stunning. The only other live shows I have seen that compare to it have been the Pink Dots, Radiohead, and GYBE. Skinny Puppy was my favorite band for years. I recently had a revelation that Smothered Hope is a rap song listening to it the other day. Ogre’s new stuff is very hip-hop influenced as well. Do you agree with that assessment?
Synth 1: moog one (would be an upgrade for my dreadbox abyss, a DD mk2 could be nice too with mpe)
Synth 2: mannequins modular synth (sometimes i would love an instruo system, but my system is still ace and i haven’t gas about modular for years)
Synth 3: osmose (i have it, currently my favorite exploration space)
Non-Synth Keyboard: love my nord electro 3 but i can go with nothing on that part.
Sampler/Workstation: hapax (have pyramid but hapax would be cool with osmose)
Sampler 2: i have octatrack but i’m using it more as effect unit for my modular
Drum Synth or Drum Machine: love my machinedrum UW mkI but i’ll go with my sp 404 mk2 as i feel i already spend too much time on my MD.
Effects System: dreadbox darkness
Effects 2: vongon ultrasheer (upgrade from my strymon blue sky)
Effects 3: generation loss mk2 (have it and not sure if it will be a long time keeper, but it’s a pleasure on my current experimentation)
Mixer: idk, something very expensive that i don’t even currently know and don’t want to look at it for now. (love my six and SSL sound)
What DAW? studio one 6 (i have the 3 for mastering, but will surely update soon for mpe recording of the osmose)
*Bonus: fav bands, the lava children, nautilis, adrian younge (that will change in 10 seconds)
Bonus 2: keepin my homemade jazzmaster, and my mexican precision bass
Would need some hand wired black face amp and mic for them =D
Synth 1: Analog Four Mk II
Synth 2: Moog Matriarch
Synth 3: Make Noise Shared System Black and Gold

Synth 3: Roland TB-303
Non-Synth Keyboard: none, i don’t play keys.

Drums 2: Roland V-Drums with all possible bells & whistles
Drums 3 (instead of Sampler 2): Roland HandSonic HPD-15 (i actually have one)
Effects System: (not sure)
Effects 2: (not sure)
Effects 3: (not sure)
Mixer: (not sure)
DAWs: Bitwig for everything but mixing/mastering, Harrison Mixbus 32C for mixing/mastering (actually using these two as described)
Bonus: favorite bands /artists: too many to select 3 of them, so just me
Bonus 2: Guitar? Bass? – neither! DRUMS all the way!
EDIT: oh, and spare parts. supposed to have spare parts for dated gear.
