Been trying to cancel for a few weeks now, no response.
Same, have contacted him three times since the email update went out wherein he offered the cancellation option. Guess we canāt say we didnāt know what we were getting into. š«¢

Join the Facebook group and search āphone numberā ā youāll find several posts with his Brianās contact information. Whether or not heāll answer the phone is another story. Iāve read a few posts where people say that he answered early in the morning (e.g. 9-10AM PST).
Yeah I tried a couple numbers I found in this thread. One went straight to a dead tone. The other gave me an automated answer machine.
I have read a few posts that suggest it can be hit or miss. People have received refunds with and without actually speaking to anyone.
Yeah it is definitely a bummer to hear that it is so hard to get in touch with him, I am really starting to look forward to getting mine now that I have gotten a bit more into eurorack all the ins and outs seem like a perfect way make a great customized bass voice. I know his guess is October but I wonāt be surprised if it gets push into next year.

Finally got my refund today. Just thought it might reassure anybody who is waiting for an Avalon or refund etc to know.

Tempted to order a second one (I ordered in the preorder) just in case I ever have to sell one for emergency.
I dunno if Iām a fool to order another when the first one shows no sign of being complete after a year+ waitā¦
I thought about it for a hot second too (ordering a 2nd pre-order) and I already have one. I really should have done a silver unit for my 2nd, but did another white/white combo. I donāt feel like messing with emailing and seeing if I can change it either. My luck and the whole order would get messed up.
Maybe with these additional preorders Iāll finally get refunded for mine:)
