Moog Sub 37

i’m counting down the days…
soon…

I’ve had the money sat aside for it for a while but I’m still on the fence between this and the MFB Dominion 1, I wish both would release some decent demo videos to inform my decision.

Yes, good news.
I sold my A4 and the money is going to a Sub37, hope to have it around the end of August.

^same here

Thomann in Germany says 30 of August, but might take longer for it to arrive. Can´t wait!

I preordered directly at the german distributor E.M.C.
No delivery date yet announced by them.

Money for the Sub 37 is on hold…but i recently purchased an Analog Four…

Man I can’t believe I sold my Slim Phatty and Dominion X shortly after Christmas to fund this. Wish I’d held on, was told 5th August a couple weeks back, another month now :disappointed:

Looking forward to hearing one in person, if there was one Moog to get I think this would be the one I’d love. Had a sub phatty but the hidden menu business just got tiresome after a while.

only moog I still own is the minitaur

I agree that the sub37 looks like the one to own out of the others

OMG! The list of mod sorces and dest reads like a modular system feature list…

I wonder how accessable it all will be.

Sweetwater shipped out the first batch yesterday - I missed the cut, but next batch is expected mid-late August.

No shipping date for Germans yet. :frowning:

But some documentation is up: http://www.moogmusic.com/products/phattys/sub-37#downloads-tab

watched a youtube video…guy just messing around on his

with all the modulation looks like it will do what I want without all the menu diving

want even more than I did in the first place!

I got mine in the mail on friday. It’s pretty sweet.

Some of the presets

I love the chip tune one.

I’m told mid to late Sept. if I were to order now (from SW).

not sure about other places, I took a long shot and ordered from a place showing eta next week…it will prob. get changed and I will have to cancel my order

Still waiting on mine to be delivered on August 8th, but to those of you that have received theirs, have you noticed the quality control issue(s) that people are complaining about over on the Moog Forums?

Apparently every unit (including the demo unit on the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOWGlkm3hQY) has a gap between the front panel and the wood side on the left-hand side; a pretty large gap actually. To me this seems unacceptable for a “handcrafted” synth. So they are three months behind production and then all of a sudden are rushing them out?

Users are also saying some of the keys sit higher up on the keyboard than the other keys. Have any of you noticed these issues?

From another user -

Hmm, maybe the delay is a good thing then, hopefully they will rectify this before the batch shipped to the U.K.
