I actually took a round about way to get there, the the site im used to going to [akai pro]. [fucking annoying as usual]
installed…but now its asking me to install synth plugs? I didnt see any.
and is there no software update for the computer?
I find no link for the software update 
even tho the doc says to DL and install.
To update to 2.11 do the above (akaipro > Inmusic)

so I got the Firm, installed.
cant find the computer software update. [not that I ever use the software]
and when I go to the link you gave for the synths, theres no login, it asked for my email, says it’ll send me something and never does.
is there anything on there to be installed or is it just stuff to buy?
cuz if im getting a warning for plugins that need to be istnalled to be accessed…but have to pay for them…then thats kinda BS. im not gonna pay for any of that stuff. and we shouldn’t have to deal with a warning for stuff we aren’t going to install.

I was being a bit weird, but only because the ‘read me first’ instructions omitted something, which should have been obvious to do, but I didn’t initially.

You should only need to add to basket then checkout. Stay logged in to Akaipro while you checkout.

I couldn’t log in from the log in page. Just says it’ll send me instructions.
So I logged into Akai pro then bought the plugins, it was automatic then.
they also added a load bar animation when you change sample oscillator in hype? This used to change smoothly wtf
Start again.
Log into Akai pro.
Open another browser/window and head to the site to order the new plugins.
Add to basket, checkout and let me know what happens.

But to be clear…
- 2.11 firmware is installed, but now I get a missing plug-ins error
- can’t find the software update for my computer.
- can’t find the missing plugins it wants me to install.
Are these missing plugs the ones we need to pay for or are they included?
